Beet Energy Booster

  • 2 Beets
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 orange
  • 1 apple
  • 1 stick of celery
  • ½ ” (1cm) root Ginger

This is a fabulous morning juice, an exceedingly energy-lifting, immune-boosting and cleansing blend of fruit and vegetables.

Nutritional content: beta-carotene, folic acid, vitamin C; calcium, magnesium,  phosphorus, potassium, sulphur, sodium.
